RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – CIVIL ENGINEERING SECTOR – BIRMINGHAM **Big OTE – UNCAPPED**
Rapidly expanding, yet already established business are looking to build on their current success through the recruitment of an experienced consultant within the field of construction. Our client have a strong training ethos and believe in investing in their employees, while also providing first class support to ensure that their consultants achieve a high and uncapped salary.
Presently under-going Investors in People, the business is continually looking to ensure that they have strong consultants on board and an infrastructure that supports them in every way so they can achieve their own personal and company goals.

Role:
* New business development within the civil engineering market sector through cold calling, networking and candidate marketing
* Development of your own desk, with the potential to grow a team beneath you
* Key client management
* Build relationships with both candidates and clients
* Client meetings and negotiations
* Candidate interviewing both over the phone and face-to-face
Successful Person:
